"Nutrition" has often been associated with boring, bland food and a long list of all the delicious things you shouldn’t eat. The new nutrition isn’t about deprivation but about enjoyment of good food – foods that are healthy, energizing, and delicious.

Our belief is that a positive approach to food — focusing on what foods to add and learning to enjoy a wide variety of wholesome foods — is more likely to encourage long-term compliance than a restrictive, negative approach.

In addition to assessing specific nutrient needs, we focus on the "big picture", including developing an environment and habits that will promote health. We show you how to make healthy eating a part of your life, rather than a project.
